  Calibrate the ASRU Cards 1    Log on as  calibrate . 2    Press  Testhead Functs  (F3) and then  Testhead Power On  (F1) to power-up and boot the testhead.   The testhead requires a 30-minute warm-up before calibration. 3    Place the pin verification fixture on either bank of the testhead that contains a module. 4    Press  Testhead Functs  (F3) and then  Fixture Lock  (F5) to lock the fixture onto the testhead. 5    After the fixture is installed on the testhead, execute test 4395 from the Testhead Test Number Entry screen. If you do not specify a module number, the test will repeat for all modules in the  config  file. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen. When you see the message: Do you want to continue? (yes or no): Type  yes  (all lowercase), not  Y ,  Yes  or  YES . a    When instructed, enter the model number of the multimeter and set the GPIB address of the multimeter.   Set up the Equipment 1    Remove any test fixture or dust covers that may be on the testhead. If an EFS Board Handler is on the testhead (Mux systems only), remove it. 2    The testhead’s power must be OFF (testhead not booted), but the PDU must be switched on. 3    Rotate the testhead to the service position. 4    Place the DMM near or on top of the testhead. Plug it into a power outlet and turn it on to warm up.   The DMM requires adequate warm-up before it is used for calibration: – one hour for the 34401A – two hours for the 3455A – 30 minutes for the 3456A – four hours for the 3458A 5    Open the module doors, install ASRU Card calibration jumpers on all ASRU Cards (in slot 1 of each module) in the testhead, and close the module doors.
