Cabin Modular System
When any marine vessel is built, it is necessary to design residing space for passengers and crew member. This prefabricated modular system has complete lining and ceiling panels, unit toilets, door, furniture, lighting, air conditioning and ventilation system, fire alarms, windows and flooring. All these components are integrated and installed as one attached units, this cutting edge technology saves over 35% of construction costs.

Wall Paneling
The bulkhead panels are available as both the sandwich construction panel and the asymmetric shape panel. Modular construction with an insulation core of noncombustible material is between the facing of either laminate or sheet steel clad. We also have special solutions for wet areas such as galleries, laundry rooms, and shower areas.

Ceilling Panel

Toilet module
This is a pre fabricated modular toilet system with all necessary equipment and sanitary fitting completely attached, that all we have to do on the ship is connect electronic cables for the living spaces. The modular toilet system fulfills the requirements of the most advanced construction techniques.

Marine Fire Door
Lordway offers both with Cabin Units and with wall panel system the needed doors and hatches as part or the total delivery. Doors and hatches are designed to fulfill the requirements in each case. We can supply also fire doors with portlight to firezones.

Floor Underlayment
A floating floor means a floor does not need to be nailed or glued to the subfloor. The term floating floor refers to the installation method. This method is depending on the design of the shipyard which is compatible with the requirement by the owner. This floating floor can consist of a glass fibre, felt layer for sound insulation with neoprene pads holding up a laminate floor. There is a gap between the floor and the walls to decouple them and allow for expansion, this gap is covered with skirting boards or mouldings.

Furniture
The material of furniture that are available installed in cabins are plywood with wood veneer ply and steel.

Testhead

4.3         Testhead The testhead is that portion of the tester that supports the PIN, ASRU and Controller cards.   The testhead is divided into two BANKS and each BANK is divided into two MODULES, see figure 2 below.  Bank 1 contains modules 0 and 1, bank 2 contains modules 2 and 3.  The test fixtures are placed on the banks of the tester and locked down for board testing.  The testhead cards interface to the test fixture through the spring loaded pogo pin “nails” at the top edge on each of these card types. 4.4       Support Bay The support bay is a stand-alone cabinet that houses the power supplies for the Unit Under Test.  This bay also houses the test station power distribution unit and test station controller on earlier models. 4.5       Emergency Shutdown Switch The emergency shutdown switch is the large red button located at the lower left corner on the front of the testhead.  It turns off all AC power to the testhead, and is equivalent to turning off the m
